HIGH: A test case's elementsUnderTest should intersect the union of the allocatedTo lists of the requirements it verifies. In other words: a test must actually exercise (at least) one of the elements the verified requirements are allocated to.

MODERATE: Test case description should follow Given/When/Then structure.

HIGH: every TestCase shall be declared as a property of a Tests subclass — never as a free-floating top-level val.

HIGH: Test case should have elementsUnderTest, interfacesUnderTest, or verifies (requirement) non-empty.
