codeBrowserContexts

One CodeBrowserUrl.Context per configured repo (from repoLocations.dokkaRepoInfos). When non-empty, file URLs resolve against ALL of them via the shared deepest-prefix resolver — so a function in any repo (sourceRepo source, stig-project stubs/harness, …) gets a link, not just the element's primary repo. Empty ⇒ legacy single-repo behaviour from codeBrowserBaseUrl (standalone CLI use).
