Explicit source-browse base URL for this repo, overriding the one derived from its git origin remote. Accepts either the SSH (git@host:org/repo.git) or HTTPS form — normalized to https://host/org/repo. Use when the checkout has no usable origin remote (CI export, multi-remote, faked local mirror). The commit still comes from the checkout's HEAD unless commit is set.
