Analysis-level stub header configuration.
When enabled is true, stub include directories are prepended as -iquote paths in every LLVM compile command, allowing stub headers to shadow quoted includes without treating the stub directory as a system include directory.
stubSourceFiles lists additional source files (e.g. stub .cpp files) to append to the compilation-unit set regardless of mode — the pipeline synthesizes compile-command entries for them by cloning flags from the element's seed file.
Inheritance uses replacement semantics: if a child level declares a non-empty iQuotePaths or stubSourceFiles, it completely replaces the parent's list.
