StigIconSpriteGenerator

Generates the compact SVG sprite shipped with STIG reports from the pinned Iconify JSON packages installed under js-vendor/node_modules and canonical STIG vector resources.

Keep STIG_ICONS in sync with StigSpriteIcon and the Gradle plugin's StigIcon registry. The plugin-side validator checks that every referenced sprite id exists in the generated resource.
