enum StigModelVisualCategory : Enum<StigModelVisualCategory>

Presentation-only semantic families for Highway metamodel icons and model-tree nodes.

These categories deliberately live outside the metamodel: a model entity carries safety data, not report styling. Renderers use cssColor, while standalone generated artifacts use fallbackColor. This keeps the icon, foldable-box border, and proposal legend on one palette.
