SvgExporter

Renders a laid-out Vista as an SVG string. Pure function — no I/O, no JVM-wide state — so callers (markdown task, file writer, in-process unit tests) drive the bytes however they like.

Requires the vista to have been through Layout.layout already: nodes without a Position are skipped; edges without waypoints render as straight lines between node centres as a fallback.
