Resolved interface-point list for a single STIG element.
Written by stigAnalysisP5DeriveInterfacePoints (P5) and stigDetermineInterfacePoints (Phase 2) into component_interface_points_llvm_symbols.json.
Invariant: StigComponentInterfacePoint.name always contains the mangled LLVM symbol (e.g., _ZNK3app…) and StigComponentInterfacePoint.demangledName the human-readable C++ name (e.g., app::ns::Class::Method() const). Downstream tasks (stigAnalysisP5GenerateAnalyzerRunPlan, stigAnalysisP6RunAnalyzer) rely on name being the mangled symbol that appears in module.ll / module.bc.
