CLI entry point for the Gradle stigGenerateAsilPaletteJs task in stig-gradle-plugin. Invoked via JavaExec with stig-engine's runtime classpath; takes a single output path argument and writes the ESM source produced by ASILPalette.asEsm to that path.

Kept in stig-engine (not stig-gradle-plugin) so the Kotlin → JS translation lives next to the Kotlin source of truth, not in the Gradle build script.
