Activity-local acknowledgement of flow gaps that have already been assessed.

Declare only sinks whose current P7 result is defective. Sink keys are the stable logical field names emitted as sinks[].field in the P5 endpoint sidecar, for example Fusion.lane_width; they are not LLVM symbols or filesystem slugs.

A matching current gap is reported as LOW. An unacknowledged current gap, a stale declaration, or a declaration that does not resolve to the requested analysis kind is reported as HIGH by stigAnalysisP7GenerateDiagrams.
