Imports plain C header function prototypes as Context, for components with no SYML interface (typically MCAL, shared libraries and low-level services). See ModelInputDsl.root: each root(source, into) is either a single component's own directory (when it directly contains a includes/inc public header directory) or a container whose immediate subdirectories are each one component.
