Per-field policy for Context description, independent of context's ModelImportMode. Null (default) resolves to FieldImportMode.PRESERVE_IF_SOURCE_EMPTY when context is COMPLEMENT_WITH_DESCRIPTION_AND_ASIL, else FieldImportMode.OVERWRITE -- the existing behavior for every already-configured import. Set explicitly to keep hand-authored descriptions on entities the source doesn't describe (e.g. C header functions, which never carry one) even while context fully replaces the surrounding structure.
