Reverse-domain prefix prepended to synthesized Kotlin packages. Empty when unset.

Resolved lazily via a provider so the value is read AFTER the stigProject { basePackagePrefix = "..." } DSL block executes (which happens after plugins { id("ai.exida.stig") } applies).
