resolveRepoRootDir

Resolves the repo root directory for the current element, using the element → group → defaults cascade to find the source profile, then looking up the implementationRoot from the project config context.

Falls back to fallback when no repo can be determined (legacy single-repo setups or modules without stig { element { ... } }).
