StigGroupsAccessor

Dynamic accessor for groups defined in root build.gradle.kts. Holds only the resolved config context (no Project reference — CC safe).

Supports both bracket syntax and Kotlin property delegation:

    val source_activities by groups          // delegation
    element {
        group = source_activities
    }
}
