StigPlugin
STIG Gradle plugin entry point.
Registers DSL extensions, applies the convention stack (Kotlin/Dokka/Kover), and registers all STIG tasks grouped by concern:

Each group's entry point lives in its own file (e.g. registerGroupAnalysis in AnalysisTasks.kt) — see the group-level KDoc there for detailed documentation.
