StigInitElementTask

@DisableCachingByDefault(because = "Scaffolds new files on disk; one-shot task, not cache-relevant.")

abstract class StigInitElementTask : DefaultTask

Creates a new leaf element module and initializes STIG viewpoints.

Not up-to-date capable: this task has no declared @Output. It creates files in arbitrary locations outside build/ (the user's element directory) and must always execute so the user can re-scaffold with --mode OVERWRITE. There is no meaningful output for Gradle to fingerprint for up-to-date checks.

Not cacheable: one-shot scaffolding command — caching is semantically wrong because the output location is user-supplied and outside the build directory.
