Z3 path-feasibility mode. Canonical set mirrors stig-code-analyzer's --path-feasibility-mode CLI validator.

NO_CHECK — Z3 not invoked; per-(sink,fact) feasibility absent.
FEASIBLE_ONLY — Z3 on; only Z3-SAT paths are considered.
BOTH — Z3 on; per-fact yes/no/unknown labels emitted.
