DefaultRules

Default rule sets, grouped by viewpoint.

Each viewpoint's list follows the same canonical ordering:

1. Containment — entity lives in its proper container; not in wrong viewpoint package.

2. Attribute presence — name / description / ASIL / other required attributes per entity type.

3. Per-entity quality — executable predicates and separately identified semantic reviews.

4. Relations — allocation, derivation, propagation, ASIL bounds, multiplicity, etc.

Failure thresholds are configured explicitly through failAt.
