allInstancesSnapshot

Snapshot of every entity constructed so far in the current ModelScope.

In the compiled path this is the process-global default scope (ModelScope.global); in the live source / IDE path it is whichever scope is active via ModelScope.with. Rules and the wireup pass iterate whatever this returns and are therefore correctly isolated when running inside a scoped block.
