Registers a child entity declared inside a source-materialized parent.

Live source materializers cannot instantiate the user's concrete Kotlin subclass before compilation, so reflection cannot see member properties declared in that subclass. This binding provides the equivalent relation for navigation helpers and owner checks while preserving the compiled-path reflection behavior unchanged.
