bindToId

Binds an entity to an already computed canonical MetamodelEntity.id.

This is for producer paths that know the stable model ID but did not load the original Kotlin declaration, for example a concrete analysis-only Element created from Gradle DSL metadata. Dot-separated IDs are split into source scope and reference name so MetamodelEntity.id returns the exact same string.
