StigRepoFile

A resolved file reference within a named repo.

Carries three pieces of information:

• repoName and relativePath for display/metadata (e.g. sourceRepo:activities/foo.json)

• file — the fully resolved java.io.File on disk

Created by the Gradle DSL (e.g. sourceRepo / "activities/foo.json" in stig-gradle-plugin); used as a model-level "always-resolvable path" across the codebase — including the vista metamodel's CodeLocation which needs to record where a code construct lives without depending on the Gradle DSL types directly.

Because the file is resolved eagerly at DSL configuration time, the plugin wiring can pass it directly to Gradle file properties (RegularFileProperty, DirectoryProperty) on tasks without any additional resolution step.
