packageToRelativePath

Converts a dotted package name to a forward-slash-separated relative path.

This is the inverse of packageFromRelativePath: "app.activities.aeb.x.analysis" → "app/activities/aeb/x/analysis".

Used by engine commands to locate the output directory for a given package.
