Resolved target module for a STIG pipeline task. Returned by resolveStigSingleModule.
Exposes the target Gradle Project, its directory relative to the root, and the parsed per-module element configuration (from the module's stig { element { ... } } DSL block). Convenience accessors surface common bazel-related values without consumers needing to import the internal DSL types.
