abstract class StigAnalysisP1BuildNativeTargetTask : DefaultTask, StigProblemProducerTask

Native-build authority for source-code analysis.

When trackActionInputs is true, runs the configured Bazel target and writes a deterministic fingerprint of the C++ compile-action inputs. Downstream analysis tasks consume that fingerprint as an input, so Gradle reruns them only when the Bazel action state changes.

When trackActionInputs is false, the task does not call Bazel and writes a stable disabled fingerprint. This is intended for fast/offline/degraded runs where native source changes intentionally do not invalidate analysis.

Not cacheable: delegates to Bazel, which has its own caching layer.
