OverridableElementDsl

Common DSL surface for element settings that can be overridden at defaults, group, and element levels.

Level-specific DSLs should extend this class instead of redeclaring parallel copies of the same knobs. The public DSL stays flat:

group("source_activities") { provenanceBuild { ... } }
stig { element { provenanceBuild { ... } } }
